The Randolph’s purchased Cougar Country in April 2025. They are so excited to continue the history of such an iconic restaurant in Pullman, Wa. They currently own four restaurants in North Idaho. They purchased Roger’s Ice Cream & Burgers in 2009 which was also an iconic classic walk-up burger joint with outdoor seating. Roger’s Ice Cream has been serving North Idaho since 1940 and originated in Moscow, Idaho before moving to Coeur d’Alene in the 1980’s. This location is now on Sherman Ave. & 13th Street. They replaced their former Neider Ave. Roger’s Burgers with a new Government Way location between Appleway & Ironwood. The Post Falls Roger’s Burgers opened in 2017 on Spokane St. & 4th Ave, and Hayden Roger’s Burgers is on Honeysuckle & Hess. They are blessed to add Cougar Country Drive In in Pullman, WA to their family of restaurants. Lake City Restaurants is a local, family-owned fast-casual restaurant company committed to giving back to the community.

Dear valued guests, We are not fast food. Every order is cooked fresh from scratch—never frozen, prepackaged, or microwaved. Our burgers are made from 100% fresh “Never Ever” beef. It is grass-fed, never-frozen beef with no hormones, antibiotics or GMO’s. It is 3rd party certified to be naturally and sustainably raised. We also offer turkey and garden burgers, and any burger can be served in a lettuce wrap. All ingredients are fresh and prepped daily, including hand-shredded lettuce and homemade sauces.

Fries are the perfect match to our burgers. We hand-cut Idaho potatoes daily and fry them in rice bran oil—never seed oils or preservatives. We also serve house-made kettle chips.
